Navin Subramanian M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Navin Subramanian, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Specializing in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Adult Lumbar and Cervical Disorders & Spine Trauma. Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Surgery of the Spine. Dr. Subramanian enjoys golf, mountain biking, snowboarding, and traveling. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, he and his family relocated to Louisiana in his early teenage years. In 1997, Dr. Subramanian received his B.S. from Louisiana State University. He continued his education at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA, where he received his medical degree in 2001. Dr Subramanian enjoys spending his time outside of work traveling, playing golf, and spending valuable time with his wife and two sons
Dr. Subramanian then began his Orthopaedic Surgery training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, which he completed in 2006. He then traveled to pursue a fellowship in Spine Surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He has since received his board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Subramanian has an interest in all areas of spine pathology, including trauma, deformity, degenerative, pathologic conditions, and minimally invasive and microscopic spine surgical techniques. Dr. Subramanian is on staff at Memorial Hermann (multiple campuses), HCA Houston (multiple campuses), Townsen Memorial Hospital System, Legent Orthopedic and Spine Hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center, and Oak Bend Medical Center. He has been involved in research in various areas of spine pathology, received awards for his projects, and has had his work published in respected peer reviewed journals.

Crystal Martinez supports the medical team in providing organized, attentive patient care. As a medical assistant, she helps facilitate daily clinical operations and contributes to a welcoming environment for patients throughout their visit.

Imogen McCormick helps support the practice’s daily clinical activities and patient care needs. Her role as a medical assistant contributes to an efficient office environment and helps patients navigate their visits with clear communication and assistance.
Cheryl Caesar
Medical Secretary
Cheryl Caesar helps coordinate the administrative side of the practice, supporting communication and office organization. As medical secretary, she helps patients with routine office inquiries and assists with the administrative processes that keep appointments and daily operations running smoothly.
Nadine Chaisson PA-C
Physician Assistant
Nadine Chaisson, PA-C, is a physician assistant who contributes to patient care as part of the medical team. Physician assistants work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients, support treatment plans, and help address patient healthcare needs within their scope of practice.
