Ive been a patient of Dr Subramanian for 3 years and had a discectomy and laminectomy 3 years ago. He did not try to pressure me into anything unnecessary. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Ive had a good experience every checkup. If for any reason things change in the future and I feel I need further treatment I will definitely go back with Dr Subramanian.

I had a microdiscectomy with a Barricaid implant done by Dr. Subramanian. He explained everything clearly from day one — what was going on with my disc, what the surgery involved, and what recovery would really look like. I felt like I was in very safe, capable hands.
The surgery went well. The nerve pain I’d been dealing with for months was basically gone within weeks, just as Dr. Subramanian advised. Dr. Subramanian’s skill and attention to detail were obvious, and he clearly knows the Barricaid procedure. The follow-up care was also great — he and his medical team took the time to check in, answer questions, and make sure I was healing the way I should.
I’m now back to normal life with no complications, and the difference this surgery has made is huge. I’m really grateful for Dr. Subramanian and his team, and I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone considering a microdiscectomy or struggling with a disc herniation.

Dr Subramanian and his team were awesome! I was experiencing constant back pain on some level with periodic numbness in my legs. After reviewing my mri Dr Subramanian recommended we do a laminectomy. Immediately after the surgery the results were obvious. No pain! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Dr Subramanian 🙏!

Dr Navin Subramanian is an excellent surgeon that cares and listens to all of your concerns. His entire staff is also very caring and understanding. The whole process of my surgery went smoothly and I appreciate all the care I received during my pre-op and post-op care- and also during my recovery time which I am still going through! Doctor Subramanian was good ( still working on bed side manner) but he is HIGHLY capable at his job. He did what he said he was going to do with minimal scarring!!!! The follow up’s were truly great. I can’t say enough about his staff - from the X-ray guy to the young lady who makes you comfortable in the doctor’s whaitng room to the people who check you out - they are all fantastic!!!! Rate 1-5, I would give them a 10+!!!!!!

I came from Spring to the Kingwood office to see Dr Navin for a herniated disc. From the first visit, I could tell he was highly experienced and genuinely cared about his patients. He explained the diagnosis clearly and did not rush te appointment. Hes and excellent choice If you need spine surgeon near Kindwood.

I found Dr. Nevin why while searching for a top spine near the Houston area. I had ongoing neck pain andnarm numbness and he was first doctor who really explained what was going on. His Houston office was convenient, his staff also was professional then the care received was first class.

My experience with Dr.Submaranian and his asst. Nadine along with the facility has been nothing short of being Great!
I have attended the office a few times now and I’m always observing its practices and its cultural environment. There has not been one time that I wasn’t greeted or attended too professionally. Ive enjoyed all my encounters with everyone there!! All my experiences have been pleasurable and I appreciate seeing a place that has happy team members. It’s hard to find great customer service anymore so receiving smiles from point A to point B in my visit says a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am excited to continue to review my experiences with them 🙂 while they help get my L4-5 portions of my back inorder.

Dr. Navin was a bit abrupt in his introduction. Just a few minutes getting to know him & everything changed in his attitude. I understand we all get bogged up in stress of work. I honestly like him & I he is very knowledgeable & good bedside manners. He definitely impressed me. Dr. Navin is awesome.

Was referred to this Doctor by my primary physician. After briefly seeing me. He sent me to get an MRI that costed me $900 dollars. His office never called me with results. After my wife and I kept calling trying to leave voice-mail. It was full. We finally were able to leave 3 messages. They called back once after waiting two months and stated " in order to receive results I need to make an appointment". They never called to tell they had the results and to come in. Very unprofessional and would never use this office or refer family and friends.
